are registered with the Inland Revenue to be exempt
from Tax deduction.

protection scheme and high standards set by the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Our
accounts are independently audited and annual
certificates provided to the RICS.
Insurance
We are able to offer Landlords comprehensive insurance
from full estate and commercial policies to simple
Landlord insurance for houses. Also we can offer
a Rent protection insurance which guarantees your
rent. (This is subject to tenant status).
