Old Mill Furniture is a well established family business producing top quality handmade furniture in the tiny hamlet of Balk,around twenty miles north of York and three miles south east of Thirsk, just on the edge of the North York Moors National Park.

The business is a partnership with Adrian and Jeremy Knight and their parents, Horace and Margaret. We have a great team of highly skilled craftsmen and make mainly free standing domestic furniture in top quality hardwoods including oak, cherry, elm, walnut, maple, mahogany, ash and beech, in traditional, timeless and modern styles.
