When you are ready to buy your home on the Costa Blanca and have established your budget, contact us to arrange a visit for you.

These visits are usually of three to four days duration but are flexible to suit your our clients' personal commitments. We specialise in personal attention and accompany individuals or couples on a one-to-one basis. This means that you will have the undivided attention of one of our friendly and knowledgeable consultants who will also be your chauffeur for the duration, starting with collection from the airport when you arrive in Spain. Your flights can be arranged from any of the UK airports and we meet you in the arrival hall, from which point it is our pleasure to take care of you.

Each trip is unique and tailored to your individual needs so by discussion we arrange with you a comprehensive schedule of visits to all properties within your price range. We do this purposely but unhurried, allowing you time to understand the total environment and we also afford you sufficient time to relax, as you require.

As a general example, you would be picked up in the mornings at around 10am, where your inspection of the area and properties will commence. At 2pm we break for lunch at a local restaurant and you will be shown around some of the local areas and attractions until further inspection of properties commences at 4pm when siesta ends.

During your trip you will not be part of a large coach group, wasting time seeing areas and properties that are of no interest to you. This means your entire trip is designed to suit your requirements, not someone else's. During your stay you will be shown all the properties of interest to you. Your own personal sales consultant will also show you all the areas and amenities available in each area, and anything else that we think may be of interest to you.

Evenings are left open. We find that most clients like to have evenings to themselves to discuss what they have seen during the day, and also to enjoy themselves. (You are in Spain after all!) However, our staff are always on call should you wish to discuss anything, or have them with you.

When you have made your decision, using our expertise, we accompany and help you through all financial and legal formalities, this can include signing of contract documents, opening bank accounts and if required arranging a mortgage through one of the banks with whom we are associated. We can also recommend and accompany you to an English speaking Solicitor and the Notary when it is necessary.
