We have recently returned from Spain after successfully completing the purchase of our property. We now realise how fortunate we have been by having Gus Robinson Costa Blanca Homes as our agent. Having spoken to several couples that had been left totally on their own, to find a way through the minefield of red tape, your company comes out on top.
It has been a long wait but it is all behind us now and we are overjoyed at the end result. I would have no hesitation to recommend your company to anyone who is thinking about buying in Spain.
We went out to Spain not knowing what to expect and we were worried as a lot of money was at stake. We need not have worried; Gus and Judith were at hand. Les was at the airport to meet us and took us first to view our new apartment and then to a four star hotel for four nights. The La Zenia Hotel is exactly the surroundings that were required to relieve strain and tension. the facilities and food were first class; all had a good time.
The next three days were incredibly busy and without the services of Les and Yvonne I know for a fact that we would have found it almost impossible to have managed. They took the strain and were superb, and nothing was too much for them. They were more like good friends and we can't thank them enough.
The result was that after five hectic days we moved into our apartment that by this time was fully furnished. Although building work is still going on close by we can see that this development is going to be a first class place to reside. We were so pleased with our property it was hard to pack up and return to the UK.
We do hope that you keep in touch with us and visit us when we are in Spain.
Thank you a million times over we would have been totally lost without you.

After hearing from friends and acquaintances who have visited Spain to look at properties with a view to buy, we were told to expect over zealous sales representation.
This was most definitely not the case and would like to thank you for all the hard work you put into making our stay a much enjoyable one. We wish to thank you for making our Spanish house purchase such an easy process. We love the area and the house so much that we have already booked up to go back in May. We shall try and catch the cheap flights so that we can go out there as often as possible.
