As part of our service we offer you full after-sales support. With us, the process doesn't end when you sign on the line.

When you set up bank accounts in Spain and start to pay for utilities, you will inevitably be sent letters or be asked to make payments that you don't fully understand. Not to worry, our Spanish-speaking staff are always available to help. We will not only translate the communication for you, but explain to you the meaning to help you understand so that you can follow it better the next time.

During the construction of your property we will keep you fully updated on the progress that is being made. Upon completion we will visit your property, either independently or with yourselves, and inspect it for quality of finish. With our background in construction, we know exactly what to look out for when compiling these snagging lists and will ensure that the builder carries out any additional works if necessary.

When you are ready to move into your dream home, we will assist you with everything from accommodation when you arrive in Spain, to choosing furniture to decorate your home.

We can be approached at any time, about anything that may be on your mind, no matter which stage of the process you are at. We still keep in contact with clients who bought houses over two years ago, albeit on a more social level!
